Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns on unused and unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items that are damaged or missing parts due to customer mishandling are not eligible for a refund.
While allergic reactions to our products are uncommon, if you experience one, please contact us immediately so we can assist and ensure the issue is addressed. Your health is our priority. You are entitled to a full refund if this situation occurs.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@drlongskincare.com. Once we confirm that your return has been approved, send the products to: 7700 SW 104 St. Miami, FL 33156.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method upon inspection. We will notify you via email once we have received and processed your return. If you have not received a refund within 10 days, please check with your bank and contact us.
Returns must be shipped using a trackable service, and proof of return (tracking number and carrier confirmation) is required. We are not responsible for lost return shipments. Refunds will not be issued unless the return is successfully delivered to our facility.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
You will be responsible for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Please note:
- Gift cards: Gift cards are not returnable or refundable.
- Sale items: Sale items cannot be refunded.
- No returns or exchanges on opened items.
- Fraudulent claims or chargebacks filed after confirmed delivery will be contested with proof of shipment, delivery confirmation, and communication records.
- By completing your purchase, you agree to our full Refund and Return Policy and understand that any unauthorized disputes may result in denial of future orders and additional review by fraud prevention services.
